This picture is nonsense, because girls' brains aren't built for complex tasks. Hand-eye(-mind) coordination is especially difficult when their bodies are constricted by so much fabric.
Thanks, I'm a sucker for these kinds of anachronistic pairings. Of course, what we don't see is that it's superspecial nano-paper grown in a laboratory. Also, those books? Compact space-time portals.
Thank you. I know it's trendy (hence no longer truly cool, ehem) to do Steampunk, but I cannot deny my influences. What can I say? Shiny things--metallic, mechanistic, magical, and so on--tempt me.
Naw, I had a couple friends pose for references. But everything ends up looking at least a little like me in the end, I guess. Once painted a kumquat--spitting image of yours truly, totally unintentional!
Now it's time for August 2008 Visual Art Features, many new art to discover!
Don't forget that many artists need to be viewed, they deserve it! Fave Fave Fave! Artists need to be supported. So don't be shy!
Here's the Menu per Category :
